Fitness classes for over 50's Momentum Fitness is an Auckland based boutique, private studio, with focused personal attention but no contracts or joining fees.
We provide a range of classes including general fitness, mens health, and Parkinson’s disease support.
You can also train privately with us.
Small class sizes concentrating on a mix of: balance, core strength, low level cardio, modified Pilates and overall strengthening centered around your capabilities.

Momentum fitness is all about the individual.
After working in a commercial gym for 9 months, I felt there was a big gap in the market place. Our older population was not being catered to very well at all.
Many people over 50, particularly 60 and older do not want to go to a gym; it is daunting, noisy, and impersonal and doesn’t really cater to their needs. But, they want to do something to keep their fitness or start an exercise program to improve their health for their retirement.
This is where Momentum Fitness steps in and fills the gap.
I am not a Gym in the commercial sense. There is no joining fee and no contracts.
My passion is to help people stay fit and healthy throughout all stages of life, through functional exercises that replicate real life movements.
