Weight loss after Pregnancy
Really trying hard to lose that baby weight! Don’t stress too much, slow and steady weight loss is the best way to go. If you try to lose weight too quickly and you are still breast-feeding, you risk baby not getting enough nutrients through your milk. You will also be very tired if you restrict calories too much, and you will already be tired coping with a new baby! So be sensible, eat well with nutrient dense food, go for a daily walk in the fresh air, and get your GP’s clearance before you return to any gym workouts or vigorous exercise.
You will need to start from the inside out with your exercise, working on your pelvic floor muscles and internal abdominals first before you progress to impact exercise and weights. Work with a personal trainer who is trained in rebuilding your body after pregnancy.
