I offer exercise in a safe, private environment where every client is recognized as an individual with his or her own needs and individual health issues.
My aim is to help people gain or maintain functional fitness through practical exercise and movement that replicates every day activities.
All my clients will be encouraged to push themselves to achieve the best that their body is capable of doing to give maximum benefits and functionality for the remainder of their retirement years.
50+ General Fitness
A one hour General Fitness class with an emphasis on posture, core, strength and balance and brain health that caters to all abilities. The exercises are practical and achievable, and cover the use of a wide variety of equipment.

Mens Fitness
A fitness class just for men with no choreography to deal with! Work on your own and together as a group.
