Small Changes that Make a Big Difference to your Life
There is currently a trend towards improving your general well being through small changes. Simple things like getting more sleep, (although that is easier said than done!). Changing some habits that may be detrimental to your health and well being such as skipping breakfast or not getting enough activity during the day.
I came across this article in the NZ Herald in 1 June 2018 issue outlining some simple changes you can make that will reap huge benefits in the long run.
It’s a great article and the suggestions are very doable. Even changing just a few things can have a big impact on your general well being.
Make a deal with yourself to make two of the changes for one month and see what happens!
