Exercise and a better vocabulary …plus more
Here is a selection of articles from my regular Australian fitness Network news featuring new research for May.
The two articles worth noting concern vocabulary and exercise, and secondly working out builds new heart cells.
Lost for words? Find a gym (Momentum Fitness)
A new study has found that older adults that exercise on a regular basis and have higher levels of aerobic fitness are less likely than their inactive peers to struggle to find the words and phrases to express themselves.
This is the first study that hones in on the condition knows as”tip-of-the-tongue’ state, whereby you’re convinced you know the word you want to use but just can’t seen to bring it to the fore.

Working out builds lots of new heart cells
The other notable article is about how working out builds lots of new heart cells. This can occur in healthy individuals and those who have recently suffered a heart attack.
As the articles all come in a group you get two extra small articles to read as well!
