How Fast is your Body Aging?
As we age we are led to believe that we will start to slow down and certain things such as eyesight issues, achy joints and memory issues are just a part of getting old. In reality, what should we expect and what can we prevent. Healthy living, regular activity and good nutritious food are just some of the things that we can do the help slow down the aging process.
But do we all age at the same rate, or do some of the things we do on a regular basis speed up the process for some?
