It’s never too Late to Get Moving
Do you feel challenged to get up off the sofa and walk to the kitchen to get a snack or a cup of tea? Do you get a bit breathless walking to the letterbox?
Perhaps it is time to start thinking about your long long term health. Do you want to be still active in your 80’s and 90’s?
If so, then it is time to start moving. A sedentary lifestyle is not going to take you the full distance!
If you think it is too late to start now, then think again!
The benefits of moving far outweigh the benefits of not.
